Implementation & Consulting Associate

About the Role

- Visit client factories and understand processes. - Support implementation of business and management systems. - Prepare SOPs, checklists, process maps and dashboards. - Track production, actions, KPIs and improvement activities. - Coordinate with client teams and follow up on pending actions. - Collect and analyse data and prepare reports/presentations. - Support the Founder/Consultant during consulting assignments. - Maintain client documentation and confidentiality.

Key Skills Required

• Good English and Marathi communication
• Good Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation skills
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability
• Quality Management System documentation

Qualification

Graduate in Engineering / Management / Commerce / Science
