About the Role

- Identify, research, and build a pipeline of staffing agencies, recruitment firms, and corporate HR teams - Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations - Run online demos for outstation prospects - Manage the full sales cycle - Achieve monthly targets for new customer activations - Maintain a clean pipeline in CRM - Gather structured market feedback - Attend relevant HR and business networking events - Work closely with the founder on account strategy - Assist with onboarding new customers
