About the Role
- Oversee complete PHE FP design scope for complex projects - Act as technical authority for PHE FP across multiple projects - Develop and maintain design standards, templates, and QA processes - Lead technical reviews and ensure discipline-wide quality - Support proposals, fee estimation, and technical strategy - Guide complex authority approval processes - Mentor Lead and Senior Engineers - Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements - Lead multidisciplinary coordination and resolve design conflicts - Prepare project-specific design strategies and basis of design - Support project managers with planning, resourcing, and progress tracking - Task delivery to agreed deadline and fee - Task profitability and quality - Present to clients and track Vos and additional costs - Construct project teams from internal and external resources - Plan projects resources - Achieve 90 chargeable time - Ensure QA/QC is undertaken and signed off for the department
Key Skills Required
Qualification
Qualified graduate engineer in Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering, Masters degree/Chartered Engineering status is a plus
