About the Role
• Visit customer sites across Gujarat for technical and service activities. • Support installation, commissioning, configuration, and validation of industrial monitoring solutions. • Perform system checks, connectivity verification, testing, and field-level troubleshooting. • Diagnose and resolve issues related to sensors, field devices, communication, and system operation. • Coordinate with internal engineering and support teams during deployment and service activities. • Support customers during commissioning, handover, and initial system operation. • Provide post-deployment technical support and resolve service-related issues. • Maintain service reports, installation records, and technical documentation. • Communicate customer feedback and field observations to relevant internal teams.
