Senior Manager - Sales

About the Role

- Drive sales of adhesive-backed Hook & Loop products. - Develop applications where customers require peel-and-stick fastening solutions. - Identify OEMs and manufacturers in automotive, medical, furniture, signage, electronics, footwear, bags, packaging and industrial segments. - Understand adhesive requirements such as substrate compatibility, peel strength, shear strength, temperature resistance and application environment. - Coordinate with technical/R&D teams for adhesive selection and product trials. - Develop customised adhesive-backed Hook & Loop constructions. - Manage pricing, margins, negotiations and annual business agreements. - Develop key accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities. - Track competitor adhesive products and market developments. - Ensure technical issues, complaints and trials are closed within agreed timelines.
