BDM – International Sales

About the Role

- Develop international markets for Hook & Loop tapes, strips, die-cut components and customised fastening solutions. - Identify overseas OEMs, manufacturers, importers, distributors and brands across footwear, apparel, medical, automotive, luggage, furniture, sports and industrial applications. - Generate export enquiries through market mapping, digital prospecting, exhibitions, references and international business networks. - Understand customer specifications such as width, length, colour, hook/loop construction, adhesive backing, strength, peel/shear requirements and packaging. - Coordinate with production, quality and technical teams for samples, trials and customised product development. - Prepare quotations considering product cost, freight, duties, Incoterms, payment terms and target margins. - Negotiate commercial terms and convert enquiries into export orders. - Develop distributors/agents in strategically important international markets. - Track competitor products, international pricing and new applications. - Ensure timely documentation, shipment coordination, collections and customer service.
