Proposal / Estimation Manager

About the Role

- Lead complete proposal preparation for international EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Utility, and Industrial Automation projects. - Analyze RFQs, ITBs, RFPs, technical specifications, scope documents, and commercial terms. - Prepare detailed cost estimations, BOQs, pricing models, man-hour calculations, and project budgets. - Develop technical proposals, compliance statements, deviation lists, architecture drawings, and solution descriptions. - Prepare commercial offers, pricing strategies, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual responses. - Obtain quotations from OEMs, panel manufacturers, software suppliers, and subcontractors. - Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Projects, Finance, and Management teams. - Participate in bid clarification meetings, pre-bid meetings, and technical-commercial discussions with customers. - Review customer contracts, identify risks, deviations, liabilities, and mitigation plans. - Maintain tender logs, bid status reports, proposal database, and management dashboards. - Assist leadership during commercial negotiations and order finalization. - Standardize estimation formats, proposal templates, costing methodologies, and bidding processes.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or equivalent
