Techno-Functional Business Analyst

About the Role

- Conduct requirement gathering and discovery workshops with stakeholders. - Analyze lending processes and identify automation opportunities. - Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows and Use Cases. - Configure and manage LOS workflows and user journeys. - Define integration requirements and support API-based integrations. - Participate in solution design discussions. - Prepare test scenarios, test cases and UAT scripts. - Coordinate UAT, defect resolution and business sign-offs. - Support deployment, hypercare and post-implementation reviews.
