About the Role
- Develop site installation plans, sequence project activities, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution. - Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure alignment of project schedules and deliverables. - Monitor site activities and supervise site engineers and supervisors to ensure quality and productivity. - Prepare and review method statements, project progress reports, quality documentation, and other project-related records. - Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues. - Provide regular project updates, address client concerns, and maintain effective communication throughout project execution. - Monitor material requirements, procurement schedules, deliveries, manpower, and equipment allocation. - Monitor project costs, identify potential risks, and implement corrective and preventive measures. - Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and applicable industry requirements. - Track project milestones, identify delays, and take necessary actions to ensure timely completion.
