Techno-Commercial Procurement Manager

About the Role

- Evaluate procurement requirements from a technical and commercial perspective. - Coordinate with internal teams to clarify technical requirements. - Assess supplier offers for technical compliance and commercial conditions. - Prepare clear comparative statements that normalize supplier quotations. - Conduct commercial negotiations with shortlisted suppliers. - Prepare Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and commercial terms. - Identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain records of negotiations.

Qualification
