About the Role
- Prepare detailed structural drawings and Good for Construction (GFC) documents in coordination with architects and engineers. - Work closely with architectural teams to understand design concepts and translate them into technical drawings. - Ensure seamless internal coordination between structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other disciplines at the schematic level. - Ensure compliance with applicable town planning by-laws and development control regulations (DCR). - Assist in the preparation of client presentation materials and project documentation. - Maintain accuracy in detailing, material specifications, and construction processes. - Collaborate effectively in a team environment to meet project deliverables within deadlines.
