About the Role

- Design and establish the group's research function - Produce primary and secondary research on UAE and Indian real estate markets - Provide the market evidence underpinning valuation opinions - Author periodic market reports for external publication - Manage the research budget - Coordinate across time zones with the UAE teams

Qualification

Master's degree or professional qualification in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Statistics or a related discipline. CFA, MRICS or equivalent is strongly preferred.
