Supply Chain Manager - Electronics Manufacturing

About the Role

- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives. - Source mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic components. - Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment terms, and annual rate contracts. - Drive cost optimization through value engineering and alternate sourcing. - Manage both domestic and international procurement. - Develop and qualify new suppliers for various components. - Conduct supplier audits. - Improve supplier quality and delivery performance. - Maintain optimum inventory levels and improve turnover. - Coordinate with Production, Design, Quality and Stores. - Handle procurement of imported components. - Drive annual procurement cost savings. - Implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance.

Qualification
