About the Role
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer delivery schedules. - Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to production targets. - Optimize machine utilization, manpower allocation, and production capacity. - Lead, supervise, and motivate production teams and shift supervisors. - Ensure products are manufactured according to approved specifications and quality standards. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety audits. - Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM initiatives. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity and quality.
Key Skills Required
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Production Engineering or related field. MBA (Operations) preferred.
