Project Manager

About the Role

- Planning and designing the project / resource allocation(s) and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action. - Follow PMO Guidelines - Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the project - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programs and corporate, technical and specialist standards. - Planning, Monitoring and Controlling the project schedule, resources, cost/estimates and delivering to the customer expectation. - Developing and Motivating the project team. - Ensuring the delivery of services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements. - Ensuring there is allocation of common resources and skills within the program's individual projects. - Following Project Management Guidelines, Sure Steps to manage the projects - Managing communications with all stakeholders. - Analysing and managing Project Risk by managing the Risk Register. - Working with External Vendors and manage the dependencies. - Reporting the progress of the project at regular intervals to all the relevant stakeholders.

Key Skills Required

• Project management for ERP / CRM projects
• Functional knowledge of Business central operations and Finance and Operation
• Functional knowledge of CRM

Qualification

Graduate or Post Graduate with Preferably PMP Certification
