About the Role

- Define & institutionalize maintenance best practices and standards at the manufacturing sites. - Improve the skill set of plant engineering and maintenance teams. - Support plants in major Shut Down planning and review job lists. - Provide direct support for troubleshooting maintenance issues. - Evaluate and absorb new technologies in manufacturing processes. - Improve Plant reliability and energy conservation performance. - Review design and engineering for major capex projects. - Coordinate with project planning and execution for major projects.

Qualification

B.E. Mech Engg-Master’s degree (preferred), Relevant professional certifications preferred in TPM, Quality Circle etc.
