About the Role

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for project execution hiring in the Renewable Energy sector. - Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create targeted job descriptions. - Source, screen, and interview candidates with a focus on project site requirements. - Develop and maintain a talent database for renewable energy project execution roles. - Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. - Provide regular updates and feedback to management on recruitment progress and market trends. - Build and foster relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. - Support employer branding initiatives through outreach and engagement activities.
