FCR Technical Consultant

About the Role

• Develop, customize, maintain, and support reports in Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCR). • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical report specifications. • Design and develop regulatory, operational, MIS, and management reports. • Work on FLEXCUBE Loan modules, including report development and technical support. • Develop and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and database objects. • Work on API development, integration, and troubleshooting. • Understand and support API-based interfaces and system integrations. • Work on GEFU activities, configurations, processing, and troubleshooting. • Support data extraction, file generation, and data upload requirements. • Work closely with functional teams and business users. • Troubleshoot and resolve report, API, GEFU, and database-related issues. • Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production activities. • Perform report and SQL performance tuning and optimization. • Prepare technical specifications, documentation, and deployment documents. • Ensure reports and technical solutions meet accuracy, performance, and security requirements. • Coordinate with banking clients, functional teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
