About the Role
• Manage end to end customer change requests and impact assessment – cost, timelines, associated risks and improvements • Lead Change Control Dashboard. • Coordinate Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Production and Quality functions • Ensure configuration and revision control of drawings, BOMs and specifications. • Drive risk mitigation and timely implementation of approved changes • To reduce change related disruptions by implementing structured matrix and processes. • Develop templates, workflows and KPI dashboards.
Key Skills Required
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in electrical / electronic or instrumentation engineering, MBA – Operations / SCM preferred
