Head – QS & Planning

About the Role

- Lead the Quantity Surveying and Planning team. - Prepare and review BOQ, quantity estimates and cost plans. - Monitor project budgets, costs and variations. - Handle client billing, subcontractor billing and certification. - Prepare project schedules, work programs and progress reports. - Monitor actual progress against planned schedules. - Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Review contracts, BOQs, drawings and specifications. - Manage variations, claims and rate analysis. - Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants and Clients. - Track project milestones and ensure timely completion. - Prepare MIS reports related to cost, progress and project performance. - Guide and mentor QS and Planning team members.
