- Supervise and attend to complaints and emergencies - Perform corrective maintenance of distribution substation equipment - Handle emergency breakdown complaints - Troubleshoot and rectify faults on distribution substation equipment - Conduct 33, 11, and 6.6 kV cable fault finding - Identify and repair power and pilot cable faults - Write technical reports
