About the Role
- Own complex development requests end-to-end, with a strong focus on front-end design and implementation using React. - Lead the technical design of modern, responsive, and performant user interfaces and contribute to front-end architecture decisions. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences. - Develop and maintain reusable, scalable front-end components and libraries. - Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs (Java/Spring Boot). - Analyze and resolve complex defects, ensuring high-quality and user-focused solutions. - Collaborate directly with customers to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and propose effective technical solutions. - Produce technical analysis and feasibility documents to support planning and estimation. - Drive modernization efforts by transforming legacy systems into modern web-based architectures (React-based UI). - Act as a technical reference for front-end development; mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing. - Advocate and enforce best practices in front-end performance, accessibility, testing, and maintainability. - Contribute to the overall technical roadmap, with a strong emphasis on front-end evolution and user experience excellence.
