About the Role
- Own and coordinate day-to-day PLM (Teamcenter) and Polarion operations, ensuring system availability, business continuity, and user support. - Manage PLM enhancement requests, workflow modifications, configuration changes, and coordinate implementation based on business requirements. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Electronics, Firmware, Software, Testing, SCM, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality) to support PLM initiatives and engineering projects. - Plan, monitor, and track PLM enhancement activities, project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and coordinate timely resolution to ensure successful project execution. - Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-go-live support for PLM enhancements. - Facilitate project review meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely closure. - Prepare and present weekly/monthly project status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management updates. - Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, implementation partners, vendors, and internal teams for PLM and project-related activities. - Maintain project documentation, PLM process documentation, user guides, and system records. - Support project planning, resource coordination, feasibility assessment, and execution of engineering and PLM initiatives. - Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, and user adoption to enhance PLM efficiency and project delivery. - Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining compliance with organizational processes and quality standards.
