About the Role
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential stakeholders - Lead market studies for procurement and sales of raw materials - Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments - Lead negotiations with Aggregators/Balers and Recyclers - Achieve procurement and sales targets - Build and nurture long-term stakeholder partnerships - Coordinate closely with suppliers, recyclers, and internal operations teams - Ensure all sourcing activities comply with applicable waste management regulations - Drive the conversion and onboarding of suppliers - Collaborate with operations, logistics, finance, and tech teams - Support implementation of process improvements and technology adoption
