About the Role
• Manage end-to-end store operations for multiple EPC project sites. • Plan, organise and control receipt, storage, preservation and issue of materials. • Ensure optimum inventory levels while avoiding stock shortages and excess inventory. • Monitor material movements and maintain accurate stock records. • Lead and supervise store personnel, assigning responsibilities and monitoring performance. • Coordinate with Project Managers, Procurement, Finance and Logistics for smooth material flow. • Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements and international warehousing standards. • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory variances. • Maintain proper documentation for Goods Receipt Notes, Material Issue Notes, Material Transfer Notes, Return Notes and other inventory records. • Ensure proper identification, coding and storage of project materials. • Implement inventory control procedures to minimise losses and pilferage. • Coordinate disposal of obsolete and surplus materials in accordance with company procedures. • Support internal and external audits related to inventory operations. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in store operations through SAP and best inventory management practices.
Key Skills Required
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline, Additional qualifications in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management or Inventory Management will be an added advantage.
