About the Role
- Lead and oversee Basic Engineering, FEED, and Detailed Process Engineering activities for projects. - Manage a team of in-house Process Engineers/Designers responsible for Process Design, Process Simulation, and related tasks. - Review and optimize process schemes and systems for CAPEX/OPEX, energy efficiency, and operability. - Integrate HSE and process safety into the process design. - Review the Client's Design Basis and applicable codes and incorporate them into the Process Design. - Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams, Heat & Material Balances, and related documents. - Perform and/or review process simulations and engineering calculations. - Provide technical guidance in process selection and optimization. - Ensure proper development and review of engineering deliverables and team mentoring. - Manage coordination with other engineering disciplines during various phases of engineering. - Monitor and control progress, budgets, and project schedules. - Support project management in technical clarifications and contract scope variations.

B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech., preferably in Chemical Engineering
