About the Role

- Reviewing and implementing systematic test plans - Collaborating with software developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders - Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts - Performing various types of testing, including functional, regression, system integration, and performance testing - Identifying, analyzing, and reporting software defects - Conducting root cause analysis of defects and implementing corrective actions - Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance - Monitoring and evaluating testing processes for improvements - Staying updated with industry trends in software testing methodologies - Participating in agile development processes - Collaborating with the development team to ensure continuous integration and delivery practices

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
