Country Manager

About the Role

- Establish/maintain a strong presence for Magotteaux within India’s industrial landscape - Build and leverage a powerful network with industry players and stakeholders - Continuously gather market insights and industry trends - Cultivate and strengthen relationships with major customer accounts - Direct and oversee all business functions in India - Drive financial performance, including P&L, working capital management - Lead the transformation of a siloed structure into a cohesive unit - Collaborate with GM Asia and senior management for annual planning - Provide direct oversight to senior managers - Foster a positive, inclusive work environment - Maintain a safe workplace and enforce health and safety standards - Evaluate senior managers' performance and implement development plans

Key Skills Required

• Fluency in Hindi

Qualification

Master's Degree preferred
