About the Role
- Own the project scope, risks, and quality for high-stakes international projects from POC to large-scale deployment. - Establish Project management & delivery excellence with sponsorship of Head of Delivery & required support from other teams. - Manage 2 or more managers across multiple projects across regions or product lines as appropriate. - Partner with Engineering and QA Managers/Leads to align internal resources and technical roadmaps with customer project timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with the Head of Delivery and other leadership tiers to ensure compliance to standardized delivery practices. - Serve as a senior escalation contact for designated projects, providing expert guidance for complex project blockers. - Drive continuous improvement by fostering integration between the Delivery, Engineering, QA, and Account Management teams.
