Project Manager

About the Role

- Serve as the primary customer-facing SPOC for product implementation projects - Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery within agreed parameters - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, RAID logs, change requests, and delivery reports - Partner with Engineering, QA, and other internal teams to align resources and technical delivery with customer timelines - Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure minimal impact on delivery - Ensure full compliance with standardized delivery practices — including Jira workflows, documentation standards, and release processes - Travel to customer sites internationally as required to support key project milestones, reviews, and relationship management - Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing learnings and supporting delivery practice development
