About the Role
- Implement and monitor Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures across project sites. - Ensure compliance with statutory, client, and company safety standards. - Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and compliance reviews at construction and operational sites. - Identify unsafe acts and conditions and recommend corrective and preventive actions. - Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure of CAPA. - Conduct safety induction programs, toolbox talks, and employee safety training sessions. - Prepare weekly/monthly OH&S reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers. - Maintain records related to incidents, audits, training, and compliance. - Coordinate with project teams to improve workplace safety performance. - Promote a proactive safety culture across the organization.
Key Skills Required
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering.ADIS or equivalent qualification.
