About the Role
• Develop, implement, and monitor Occupational Health & Safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements across all project and asset management sites. • Ensure adherence to applicable statutory, client, and organizational OH&S requirements. • Monitor implementation of safety control measures at work sites and corporate office. • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace safety culture and performance. • Conduct OH&S induction programs, awareness sessions, and specialized safety trainings for site employees and Sunsure staff. • Prepare training calendars, safety campaign agenda, presentations, and safety communication materials. • Carry out frequent visits to construction and asset management work sites for inspections, audits, and compliance reviews. • Identify unsafe acts/conditions and recommend corrective and preventive actions during the site visit and communication received from work sites. • Prepare weekly, monthly, and management-level OH&S performance reports and dashboards.
Key Skills Required
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, ADIS or related discipline. Professional qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, Diploma in Industrial Safety, or equivalent will be preferred.
