About the Role

- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans. - Monitor overall financial performance and recommend improvements. - Monitor project costing and profitability. - Manage cash flow by planning inflows and outflows. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other laws. - Review client and vendor contracts from a financial perspective. - Monitor company expenses and maintain cost control. - Establish and maintain internal financial controls. - Lead and guide the finance and accounts team.
