Proposal Engineer

About the Role

- Lead preparation of techno-commercial proposals for DCS, PLC and Electrical Panels. - Study RFQs, ITBs, and tender documents from international EPC and end customers. - Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, cost estimations, and compliance statements. - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams for accurate costing. - Handle clarifications, deviations, and pre-bid queries with clients. - Support negotiations and order finalization with international customers. - Maintain proposal records, tender trackers, and documentation. - Ensure proposals are aligned with client requirements, standards, and timelines.
